Uterine Cancer

Uterine cancer can be divided into two primary forms, cervical and endometrial. Cancer of the cervix most often affects the neck of the cervix or the opening or the opening into the uterus from the vagina. Endometrial cancer affects the inside lining of the uterus.

It is quite normal and common to get scared, emotional and irritated for even small matters, when you hear the term CANCER,but you should not loose heart and you have to fight it with all possible treatments. This is the nature of the disease and if you are in the initial stages definitely it will be cured by proper medical treatments. Please do not worry and have positive approach to the matter and always think your are cured of the disease. This psychological attitude will itself give you lot of relief.

Depending upon the stage of your disease your Oncologist will give you Chemotherapy treatments after removing the tumor by surgery. He will also give radiation treatment after this. All these treatments will have lot of bad side effects and the doctor will give you remedial treatments to over come it.

Face the disease boldly and get treated AS CANCER IS STILL AN ENIGMA. BEST OF LUCK-

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I read where someone described it sort of like a first pregnancy. Everyone will tell you what is was like for them but unfortunately, each person experiences it differently and treatment takes about as much time, if you have to do chemo and radiation.

I do know that it is normal to be very scared and to cry very easily. Keeping a journal may help you to sort and unload your feelings without overburdening family and friends, even though they will be there for you.

If you want to talk, send me an email. I'm a good listener.

There are some really good websites where you can get some information to help prepare for your first visit with the oncologist. It's also a good idea to bring a family member or very close friend with you to take notes or to help make sure all your questions get asked/answered.

Of course it is normal for you to be scared and depressed. Just be glad they found it and say a pray tonight that they caught it early. God will give you the strength to go thru whatever lies ahead. There's every chance in the world you'll be cancer free in 5 years... think of it that way.

I am sorry to hear the news and know that you can draw on the strength God offers, if you only ask. Good luck to you. It may not be as bad as you think! We'll all pray for you!

Uterine sarcomas are a group of disparate, highly malignant cancers developing from the uterine corpus.
Please see the web pages for more details on Uterine cancer (Endometrial cancer).

Hello, My mom had Lymphoma. She was scared to death too, and really didn't want Chemo, but had no other option. After so many rounds of Chemo, and a faded memory, she decided that taking Chemo was not how she wanted to go. After leaving, her condition had got worse. She was too weak to get out of bed and way to weak to stand. While laying in bed one afternoon, in a daze, stairing at the fan twirl, a website poped in her mind, she recieved a boost of energy, sat up in bed, then walked to the computer. She typed the website in, and found out Apricot seeds cure cancer. She ordered 20 dollars worth for a huge bag, and took 9 seeds a day. You take them by grinding them up in your food or just by taking them plain. They can cure any type of Cancer and help with any other diseases. But unfortunantly not for the one I have, Mrsa. These seeds are very illegal to sale (b/c Cancer is the #1 industry), but they're not illegal to take. Anyways, I hope this letter will help you out a lot. If you are interested in the website, please email me at Crazydriver17@aol.com, my moms actually out w/ my dad somewhere, so i'll have to ask her when she gets here. God Bless and I hope you will feel better soon.

Fear, depression, anger - these are all normal.

Determination is what you need to try to conjour up!

Fight and win!

Take someone you trust with you, especially to these early appointments. It is hard to absorb all the ionformation you will be given while you are still dealing with shock.

I would think so. It's a potentially deadly disease and a big deal. I would be surprised if you didn't feel that way.
