More work and less thinking. Mental stress will get you long before physical work!!!. Work is good for you, it keeps you moving, blood flowing, heart rate up, calories/carbs burning off & mentally alert!
Metal work will make you old, overweight, and give you a headache!!!!!!!!!

Less work that requires more thinking. Work that requires no thinking is very boring.

I would rather do less work that requires much thinking. I think thinking is part of being healthy.

Less work that requires more thinking- then you feel like an intelligent functioning human being as opposed to a robot.

The former. It helps too if it's work I actually enjoy (e.g. A thesis would be work but if it's on a subject I like, it's not so bad.)
(By less work, you mean that it will take less time to complete, right?)

I'd rather do less work that requires more thinking. In fact, I'd rather not do anything that's utterly mindless. I think your mind needs exercise much as your body does, and without it, will become equally as atrophied and useless.

I've chosen the former. As a full time university instructor, I "work" ten hours per week, but I spend a lot of time planning and thinking.
