if you wear a girdle every night, can that actually make your waist a little bit smaller over time, or is this just a myth?

back in the olden days women wore girdles morning, noon and night. they were tied very tightly, so tightly in fact that it deformed the shape of the woman's body into the severe hour glass figure that was coveted at the time. it breaks ribs and smashes internal organs into each other which is not healthy at all. so yes, girdles can change your form but wearing them so extremely only distorts your innards and doesn't do anything to excess body fat.

it only makes you look smaller. if you wear it at night it might cause some urinary problems. eat less and exercise will actually make the waist smaller

Myth. If it were true don't you think somebody would be making big, big money at it and advertising on prime time tv?
