Try getting her to bed earlier. An eleven year old shouldn't be up until 11:00 on school nights. I'd say 9:00 at the latest.
Eleven year olds need more than eight hours of sleep a night.
Make sure she drinks enough water, and doesn't eat too much sugar.
Also, does she drink things with artificial sweeteners in them? Maybe at lunch? Some artificial sweeteners cause headaches.

My daughter would get a head ache about that time everyday also at school. I think there might be something in the food or room that is causing an allergic reaction. I was watching a health program this morning and oil of oregano is good for allergies. Also vitamin C is excellent.

Thank you!! If it was too long for some to read...it didn't hit home with them. Today, we buried the 18 yr old grandson of a very close family friend who has already lost 2 of her three sons. The first to a car accident shortly after high school graduation...the second 7 years ago to suicide and now his oldest son..to suicide. There were close to 400 people at the service..yet this child felt like he was alone. Please just let everyone you know and care about how much you care, not just on special days but EVERYDAY.

Nice to know that R&S is the fall back category when none of the others will respond... lol... I agree that it is likely an allergy to something she comes in contact with in her class. Best bet is to take her to the doctor. All of the OTC allergy meds cause drowsiness, which will cause a different problem in the place of the first one. A prescription may help her.

from your sentences, 3 glasses of water is obviously too little n it could be the cause. her lips might be peeling or reddish or both most of the time, make her drink more PLAIN water, she should be well after a couple of days. if not, take her to chinese physician. ( drugs have side effect )

Could be all of those things, you might also want to check out ventilation and the lights in the classrooms--the most common cause of headaches is oxygen deprivation

Diabetic? Low blood sugar? Dehydration if it's after recess could be a big one...make her drink more water.

she could have Migrains. I have them and I get them everyday at the same time. Or it could be that she is just aggrivated with that class so much it gives her a headache.
