Well I do but I am also a woman. I always compliment on them if I really think they are nice. I can tell you I have gotten comments from women about my earrings but never from a man. I think men don't really notice or care. Heck they could care less if our underwear matches.

For the most part, earrings are for other girls to appreciate. Guys could really care less or do not care for them at all. For guys earrings serve a singular purpose ... a hole to buy gifts for ... that's it. "I couldn't think of anything else to give you, so here's some earrings." - Fact
I personally do not like them at all. They just get in the way. I've seen too many people with big holes and rat ears. I would never compliment a girl on her earrings, unless I needed them as a lure while fishing.

It depends. Usually I don't unless it is big and gawdy. If you wear the big hoop earrings, then it is hard for anyone not to notice.

I never really pay attention unless they are like really big,....then I'm like dam why she wear such big earings.
If a guy likes you though, he will pay attention to everything and try to compliment you.
