You really sure you want to do that? Because the only way to do it quickly is to do something that will get you a general, a less-than-honorable or a dishonorable discharge. Five years from now when employers see that you'll be kicking yourself in the butt.
You signed up for it. Be a man and finish your commitment.

Get caught in the act of buggery. Smoke pot while on duty. Take a swing at your commanding officer. Refuse to come to or do any work.
None of those are pleasant ways out of the service. Many could include a detour for at least a few months in brig. I dont recommend any of them.
Why dont you start with going to your chain of command with WHY you feel the need to get out of service quickly. I assume it is some personal problem? You would be surprised at the help they can provide / experience they have.
If you dont trust the chain of command then go to your chaplain (doesnt matter the faith or even if you dont believe at all -- chaplains are there to help ALL Sailors).
If you have a really serious personal issue then you may qualify for a hardship or compassionate discharge.
Good Luck!

While on duty, leave your duty post and refuse to do any more work! Get you out in two weeks tops, but with a less than Honorable discharge that'll bug you for the rest of your life!

Sleeping walking will get you off the ship. You'll still be on shore duty, but that's like a regular 9-5 job.
I've known people who have jumped overboard. You'll get out on a medical discharge.

Hmmmm.... Pretty sure they didn't force you to do it. But judging by another question (you're supposed to be SEAL qualified) get out. We don't need SEALs who don't want to be here and go undesignated only to end up in my work center, bitter. You're going to regret it the rest of your life but, let's see you can stab yourself in the leg (that's a twofer... crazy and disabled) ummm OH! Jumping off the boat I liked that... Jump off the front that way you go right under. Umm... if you haven't gone to boot camp yet then just hit the first guy with a red rope on his sleeve. Or better yet a BLUE rope... yea hit those guys they like it. Hmmm. Other than that I don't know what to tell you.

you volunteered to join so you should finished what you started.i served 3 years in the army(1981 to 1984) worked
on ch47c chinook helicopters and this experience helped get me a good job at MCDONNELL DOUGLAS . i have been there 21.5 years.the only way to get a good job is to do the
time you signed up for.anything less than an honorable
discharge is going to look bad and turn many prospective employers away.

I agree with Daniel C. It's not like you were drafted! If you are really in the Navy then you shouldn't be asking this question because you should already know the answer.

Lets see, you big pus@y! You can pop a piss test, but if your unit is anything like mine was you will go to jail which you should! You can run up to your platoon leader in front of formation and give him a great big kiss! You can show up to every PT formation naked, you can go to your BN commander and do a lap dance for him singing "I'm a little teapot" or you can be a man, serve your country, and stop whining. Personally I like the last option!

Whatever method you select will be reflected in your military record, moreover, if you try to exit using mental instability as an excuse, this may have an effect on future civilian jobs :
"Have you ever been under a Doctor's care for mental health issues?" or words to that effect- common on work applications.
think it over carefully.
