Fear can, most definitely keep a person from living life to the fullest. Post a note to yourself where you can see it daily - on the frig, in your car, on your mirror, etc:

F E A R = False Evidence Appearing Real

When you feel that fear inside of you - that "sinking", grossly scary feeling, say OUT LOUD:
" Go away - you're not what you seem and I do not identify with you now or ever." Keep repeating this as long as necessary. You will be surprised later on how few thoughts of fear you have.

If you pray, why worry, and if you worry, why pray? I believe in this, yet I have a mental health problem, and I have panic attacks, and have trouble leaving me apartment. I know in my head that this makes no sense, but it is a medical problem and I'm taking medicine for it. I have post-traumatic-stress-
syndrome, formerly known as shell shock. While I believe that God alway has and always will be with me, I still live with constant fear. The trust is in my heart, the fear is in my brain. So, in short, it is my brain telling me I'm in danger, and my heart telling me that God is with me. Maybe with more therapy and medication I can join my heart and head. I also have multiple personalities, that doesn't help a whole lot. So, it looks like my answer, sadly, is yes.
Blessed Be

The bible says in 1st John 4:18, perfect love casts out all fear, If you love Jesus Christ and have accepted him as your Lord and Saviour you have nothing to fear. If you would like to have a life with Jesus Christ in your heart just say this simple prayer and a life with perfect love from Jesus can be yours, just say, Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. If you have any questions just send me an email, God Bless YOU!!
