I think disc brakes would be the best choice for brake system do they work on both or either?

Hmm...no, and no.
No, you can't put disk brakes on ANY Specialized bike. Not all Specialized bikes have disc brake mounts on the frame and/or fork. If the frame or fork is of metal material, you may braze on the necessary mounts. But with carbon fiber, components are a finished, final form--you can't modify them.
No, the Transition Pro and Roubaix SL, both having carbon fiber frames and forks, cannot be fitted with disc brakes. I'm not aware of alloy options for these bikes.
But why would you want disk brakes on a triathlete or a road bike? These are bikes intended for speed, i.e., are very lightweight. Disk brake systems are heavier than caliper and V-brakes, and so would be sort of 'anticlimactic' on road-racing bikes.

Are those road bike models? I don't think you could be able to put some. Avid makes some disc brakes specifically for road bikes, but I don't think that the fork or frame accepts the disc calipers.
Discs are awesome for the mountain, but I think that they don't really apport anything to the road.
