There are lots of places to start.
Odd jobs around, like mowing lawns for neighbours, friends and the elderly is a good place to start.
Fast food outlets. But you can also try deparment store/supermarket chains. You just go to the personnel office and ask for an application form.
These first jobs are not that exciting, but at 15 there are not a lot of options. Later you can transfer to something a little better.
For more interesting options try sports centres (picking up golf balls at a driving range). There are a lot of opportunities out there, a lot of the work is easy come easy go, so it is not that hard to find.
Going about finding it harder. Try your local paper or local community notice boards for small businesses. Also try asking around, or getting your parents to ask around.

Mow lawns for a reasonable price for old folks. Offer a cheap price for mowing only--no triming or bagging. They will appreciate it and you can feel good about yourself for helping them--and you will have a little money too.
