The Church is requesting a new record before we are to be married, and I am at a loss as to where to find a recent baptism record.

I'm an Army brat, and at the end of my baptism record it says to contact the Military Ordinaritate of United States of America. I tried and only got the history, bishop names, etc. No contact information

You can go to the site whose URL is below. It's the web site for the Military Archdiocese of the United States and is the archival repository for all records of sacraments administered at military bases. Using the home page. click onto "sacramental records". You can then make an electronic request for the record, using the web site.

Ignore the first two, listen to Desert Viking.
If you were baptised by an Army Chaplin then the Military Archdiocise has the record.
Might have to ask your folks tho... if they went to a church off-post then you have to go to that diocise to get the record. Also it will help a lot to have locations and at least approximate dates.

Contact the chapel on the base/post where you were baptized. if it's not possible try contacting the chapel on the base nearest to you. Good luck.
