Depends....Physically, it can probably be pretty satisfying depending on your partner. Emotionally though, it will always be lacking. And, don't kid yourself, at some point someone's feelings will be involved...like it or not.

physically you will get satisfaction for a long time but until you start having it with feelings it will be nothing more than sex

It's just not. I've never been able to have an orgasm with someone I did not have deep feeling's for. When I lost them for my old bf it just didn't happen anymore and it used to be fantastic.

Well it certainly works for many people, an entire industry works like this but for many its really not the best.
