. If you have to ask, you're not even close to being Qualified!
You might inquire at the local police dept, human resources or Public Information place. If they don't just laugh at you, they might answer.

First you have to become a member of the Police Force, work the streets and then if you show aptitude, fitness and the willingness for team work you may apply.

if you are not a good team player you will be wasting your time. they only take the best and be in good shape.
