Since I've already done this, would it be accurate to say that I can do as much sinning as I want from this point on and it won't make any difference?

I asked God to strike me dead several times if my questions were blasphemy... and I'm still here (of course a few of my accounts were deleted) I guess God isn't computer literate.

The point of the whole thing is that:
you do not know for yourself the attributes of god. What are his/her likes and dislikes?
Whether god has a say over the 'keepers of different religions' and,
whether he can over-rule them and say 'I don't care' or, 'no it is not blasphemy because I am a kind and forgiving god' or 'that your mocking does nothing to him/her/or it'.
You do not even know if it is a sin but believe what other people of influence tell you.
Are you an independent and free human being who can think
on your known or are you one of the sheep who follow the dogs?

If you think that you have sinned then it is so.
If you think that you have sinned and that you will do no more sinning that is also OK.
If you think that god is an ocean of mercy and would forever forgive you, (unlike human beings who limit their forgiving) then it is so.
If you think that it won't make a difference then it is so.
You who have created your own sin, your own god and your own limits to forgiving can also adjust everything to your way of thinking, beliefs and bringing up.
My idea is that if I sin then I would convert to another religion and god where my sin is not a sin.
There are so many gods and religions - so you can redeem yourself every time. But if you are narrow-minded and believe in only your god, your own religion and your own beliefs of what is sin and what is not; what is good and what is bad, what is right and what is wrong then you are a sinner and have no salvation - you have to burn in the hells of fire until eternity- if you know how much eternity is.

Or you can become a Buddhist and be liberated and have no more re-birth because in Buddhism there is no god or soul, nor hell or heaven - but only different levels of worlds into which your bundle of karmas enter and always evolve higher and higher. You will not be answerable for blasphemy there being no god to mock; there is no sin as you are the result of your last karmas and your actions are also pre-determined; and there is no hell or heaven - you can attain Nirvana which is a state of non-being;
or you can become a Hindu and choose the various sub-divisions or divisions of Hinduism each of which have their own practices such as from human sacrifice to liberation by meditation or exercises and postures called yogas; or the practice of non-violence or become a vegan, vegetarian etc. etc..

Interesting, their concept of an "Unforgivable sin"
When Jesus died to forgive ALL OF OUR SINS. Hmm.
=====
Some one mentioned Exodus, WELL! You've no idea how many times I've heard "THAT'S IN THE OLD TESTAMENT SO IT DOESN'T COUNT ANY MORE! Jesus Changed the rules ya know!"

Which is it? Do the laws of the old testament count, so that you may use them, or did Jesus change all the rules?

Unless your not Christian, in which case... Never mind.

If hell exists then I am "doomed" do go there as well as an unbeliever and a heathen. How ever, I am not concerned.

Lucifer rebelled against God and was cast into hell and it is Lucifer that now resides over hell. Why would Lucifer punish people for doing exactly as he did? I don't think hell is a bad place, just a different place. Unless you are a bad person that is. Such as a murderer. But the rest of us who get in on non-belief, or sex, or lies, or some other rubbish, I think it wont be so bad. Why would a god that loves us so much (apparently) send us to a place of unending pain and torment? I think hell is just a place for people who cant handle his rules. Crazy sex parties in hell for every one!

Just my opinion, bring on the thumbs down.

The unforgivable sin is the sin that's no longer asked forgiveness for. that must be because of the fact the repentance replaced into no longer granted to the guy or something yet, the perception that your sin replaced into too large for God's mercy is the single situation which could no longer be forgiven. purely God is conscious the middle. If he's conscious which you particularly have skill to love him possible be saved.

Mocking God is definitely not a good thing. But, it is not unforgivable. If you truly repent and are truly sorry and you accept Christ you will be forgiven. People do not really understand what true blasphemy is. True blasphemy is actually attributing the works of God to satan. In the bible when Jesus was performing miracles and some of the Jews were looking for a reason not to believe they claimed that Jesus was getting His powers from satan. That is blasphemy.

Gods don't exist.
The only entities you offend with your blasphemy are the theists and they can't take a joke at the best of times unless they're Jewish - Jews do self-deprecation well as well as any other type of humour.

The least able to larff are the Muslims - they don't do humour - they don't larff at themselves at all - they don't realise they have some of the best material to larff at.

Being an atheist is best cos we can laugh at anyone we choose.

The only unforgiveable sin is denying the call of the Holy Spirit to accept Jesus as your Lord and repent of your sins. Sinning is going to harden your heart and make you miserable. Then you will have a hard time receiving all the good that God has planned for you.

Well, in the afterlife, it wouldn't make much difference. But you still have to deal with the reprocussions of this life. For instance, you can't go out and murder someone, and expect not to go to jail just cause you don't beleive in God. See what I'm saying?

I have to think that God will forgive you for anything that you want forgiveness for. If you feel guilty about it, and you want to be forgiven, He will forgive you. God created us all, and he loves us all. I don't think that he is looking for reasons to keep us out of heaven, instead I think that He is looking for reasons to get us in. He wants us to lead good lives, to be good examples for others, and to help each other out. He wants us to appreciate all that he has given us, and to love Him for it. He did give us free will, and He knows that we will make bad decisions, and that some of us will turn our back on Him, or deny Him all together. I would have to think that if a friend or family member can forgive you, God must have a much greater capacity for love and forgiveness. Maybe the evangelists would disagree with me, and tell you to get ready for fire and brimstone, but I choose to think of God as a loving God rather than a vindictive one. Of course I could be totally wrong.

dont do that. Never go to the point of no return, your views can change about anything you least expect. Blasphemy is actually when you say that God and the holy spirit have no power.
But let me tell you that I was blind at birth, prayed for by a christian guy and not blind now.
Just figure ther must be a God who works for some people- no need to disrespect those people.
