One quarter of the world's population is Chinese. I would stick with Mandarin or Cantonese

Well, I would say Latin is not used as much as it was in the old days. I believe learning it for the sake of conversation would be moot. However, it may facilitate learning languages that are derived from it, so carry on. It is sad that you are excluding Spanish from your list, since besides English, it is the most internationally spoken language in the world. French or Italian would be my suggestion.

All the best

Wow, its really cool that you know so many languages. I think that if you want to work in the medical field, especially at such a high level you might want to learn German or French. Just because a lot of medical advances are from Europe, and they are both really great to learn. I've taken two years of German myself. I plan on taking French also.

wow great job with all of your achievements. i have been taking french for 4 years now. it is a wonderful language that isnt too hard to understand. its a great experience to go to a country with that language as their native language so you can better your speaking, knowledge of vocab, pronunciation, understanding, etc.
