Make sure no one can overhear, that would be the only way she might legitimately be embarrassed. She might be flustered when you tell her, but that's okay!

Be brave, speak confidently but not forcefully, and watch her (or listen hard, if you're on the phone) to judge her reaction. If she doesn't react well, she can't take a compliment, and that's not your fault.

If she really seems to feel awkward, doesn't look at all pleased, then it simply means she doesn't like you that way. Nothing wrong with that, it's better to know.

Then don't ask her straight up just drop some hints, But us girls love bravery. So it is better to say something than nothing or nothing will happen. So just talk to her and compliment her. Then say i think i like you more than a friend and i want to know if you feel the same way. so i hope i helped at least a little if not sorry for wasting your time.
