problem with downloading hp photosmart c4200 all-in-one printer?

downloads but computer does not reconize printer to print.

go to control panel and add the printer, install softwar then hook up printer, if it is install uninstall and reinstall, after reinstalling restart the computer and then try printing a test page

In printer settings change the print quality (dpi) to normal or draft for real fast. The better the print quality is set the slower it prints a page.
