Pomegranate Martinis.
Looks great, can make in blender size portions, toss other chunks of fruit in the glass for garnish. The only weird thing you need is pomegranate juice, and most major grocery stores have it on hand these days.
Yummy and cutting edge but dangerous. "Don't taste much like booze, though" (I live in the south, my friend said this)
I'm too tired to surf the net right now, but Oprah has the perfect recipe on her website.

Just remember you can substitute the expensive orange liqueur with the much cheaper Triple Sec, works just as well, I had a great brunch with her recipe! My friends had a blast.
**You could also turn the party into a wine tasting too, and have everyone bring a bottle they like.
~Much cheaper~ and fun.
