My brother got two tickets on my vechicle while I was deployed. And he didnt tell me about the tickets. I never got the tickets. Now I live a few hours from the place he got tickets, and I have a order to go to court or I get bench warrant, and I work and go to school, and I was overseas when I got the tickets.

Go to court and bring your military records with you. You should be able to get off.

Go to court, take your deploy/return military papers with you and the copy of power of attorney or other document that stated you left your car in your brothers custody while over seas.

You will most likely get a reduction or dropped all together. But you have to go to court. If not, it will be bad for you and your military record - can have a double wammy.

you and your brother need to go to court and tell that judge
that you were not the person who got the tickets.

The best think to do is take your records and your btother with you. You learned how to be a man and now it is time he does. He needs to man up and tell them he did it.

You have to show or you will end up going to jail and your C.O. will be none to happy about it. Lesson learned: NEVER lend your vehicles to anyone. ESP family.

Take your proof and your cash because even though you weren't here tickets still have to be payed.

Though I hope your judge tosses it out of court and lets you off.
