I got a very nice, light chandelier at Lowes- one of the portfolio brand. It was 20% off, and they let me use a 10% moving coupon, so the end price was about $60. If you want cheaper than that, try IKEA- if there's not one near you, you can probably by aftermarket on ebay.

Loews and Home Depot are carrying mostly well done inexpensive lighting options. I've purchased many from Pottery Barn and Ballard Designs too.
