He wanted to still be friends - I said no that it was too hard on me. He completely flipped out - I broke it off because I felt he did not love me - to which he agreed but in the end he was screaming at me that he hated my guts. Does anyone have any insight into aquarius behaviour - he was not paying much attention to me and was too aloof and non-commital - I tried to be aloof and explain it as such and to tell you the truth I was shocked when he completely freaked out. What the hell does it mean?

For the record I am a Libra - and when I said initially that I was done - because I loved him and he did not love me - he expected me to just buck up still be friends and carry on....to me this just seemed crazy.

Haha. You have stumbled upon the creative, spiritual, Aquarian! Complex creatures, they crave the closeness of relationships whilst still wanting to maintain their independence~this can cause problems as they often appear aloof & non-commital.
It's not so much about his star as his personality. You suprised him with your aloofness and the way you ended your relationship & he reacted accordingly, apparently he did not see it coming!

Maybe you're putting too much emphasis into his sign. He's probably just an insecure or domineering guy that even though he doesn't really love you as he should, he doesn't want to give you up either. There's a fine line between love and hate, and perhaps he didn't really see that your relationship was in such trouble.... your dumping of him hurt him and then your refusal to still be friends caused him to get angry (because he's hurt and upset.) It could also be that he's just more independent, maybe he did love you, but didn't really show it.... guys aren't always as demonstrative of affection as girls are (though, you say he agreed that he didn't love you, so that doesn't seem to be the case.) Anyhow, if it's not meant to be, it's not meant to be, and I think you were right in breaking it off with him. You can't be with someone who you don't feel loves you as you love him.

I am an aquarius and I don't act like that when I get in fights. So I think the guy you were dating just kinda went psycho and didn't want you with anyone else because that is not the definition of aquarius behavior. Besides, you don't actually believe really strongly into all the atrology stuff do ya? I mean I think it is cool and everything but I don't think it explains the way a crazy boyrfriend reacts when you tell him it is over. He was just being a dude and over reacting. Get it straight guhh.

It means that you're not compatible with Aquarius. I'm Aquarius so I can relate to what you're saying. If you need someone who's more into displaying "love for you" maybe you should try a Cancer. They love to cling to their women like their lives depend on it.

Aquarius' are very romantic sweet caring MALIPUTAVE individuals whom usually have a secret side, they love long relationships yet also need change. basically theyre awesome for the dating type but dont expect it to be anything more if your truly not the one for him. =/
