Okay my doctor told me to use Secret Clinical Strenght and it works when I'm not in contact with humidity buh in houston weather its humid all the time. It doesn't work once I'm outside and I sweat constantly after that. I don't know what to do Please help!!!!! This is so embarressing!!!

Your doctor should be able to offer other treatment alternatives to your hyperhidrosis. So tell him the antiperspirant doesn't work. Its not the only option. I wouldn't imagine antiperspirant would work well on hands anyhow. I use Secret CS too, because I live in Alabama now and it doesn't work that well under my arms in the humidity.

Keep your hands open. Don't make fists. This lets the air circulate and helps keep your hands dry.
