Or have seen them working but have not called the local police or news to ask questions as to why nothing is done over it?

It is easy to sit back and complain about it, but, without action to do something about it, do we give up the right to complain?

Tubal on the level and by the square, the Company I work for sends in letters every month to the Social Security Administration with a list of new employees and their SSNs. When one comes back as not right I deliver that person to the Border Patrol personally. The number of prospective employees who can not speak English has not drooped, the ones who are legal seem to think we will treat them better than the other employers!

The company I work for does not hire illegals. You can't tell if someone is legal or not just by looking at them, so calling the police on people that 'look illegal' to you would be irresponsible.

And, no, innaction does not forfeit your right to complain. It's not the most constructive exercise of your freedom of speach, but you're still entitled to do it, if you like.

Sometimes, a community needs to wake up to what is happening. Look at Newark. Before the murders, those in the African American community weren't very vocal about the illegal problem. That has all changed. We are aware now and we are angry.
