What type of lettuce? Ice-berg lettuce has a very high water content and little nutritional value and as a result should not be fed to guinea pigs as it causes diarrhea. Lettuce like Cos (romaine) lettuce, curly red or green lettuce etc are fine to feed to guinea pigs on a daily basis. Cucumbers are the same, high in water and little nutritional value, they too cause diarrhea. Cucumbers should only be fed on occasions (every 3 days).
You need alot more variety, my girls get cos lettuce, capsicum (bell peppers), parsley, baby carrots, celery, bok choy, rocket and apple (I feed them apple on occasions) almost every day.
The rule with carrots is 1 baby carrot per pig per day, celery needs to be diced up so that the stringy bits do not cause digestive problems and the capsicum (bell peppers) needs to be de-seeded. If I were you I would give your guinea pigs more dark leafy greens like bok choy, parsley etc and make baby carrots, celery and capsicum (bell peppers) a daily food.
It is essential that you start feeding your guinea pigs more variety in terms of fresh produce. They can not make their own vitamin c so you need to provide it for them, the easiest way to do this is by giving the guinea pigs vegetables high in vitamin c. The way I do it is by feeding the girls a vitamin c enriched diet, at the end of the week they get 1/4 of a vitamin c chewable tablet for kids to help supplement their diet.
Your guinea pigs should also be fed an 1/8th of a cup of good, plain pellets per pigger per day. They should also have unlimited Timothy hay as hay not only files the teeth but helps with the digestive system. If your guinea pigs are under the age of 6 months their diet needs to be supplemented with a couple of handfuls of Alfalfa Hay a day.

It is fine. Lettuce is mainly water as well as cucumbers so it doesn't really matter how often they eat it. I also gave my guinea pigs treats like this everyday. Make sure they eat a decent amount of their pellet food to though, because it contains a lot of vitamins and nutrients that they need to grow and live.

Yes! Piggies love fresh veggies and they are good for them. Make sure you are also including a balanced guinea pig pellet food as well to make sure they are getting all the nutrients they need.

I think it would be better to feed them more healthy foods without so much water in them. I feed mine parsley, cilantro, carrots, and broccoli. Also, their favorite treat is blueberries. My guinea pigs and rabbit get so excited for them. If your guinea pigs don't take their vitamins and spit them out, what we do is put a piece in a blueberry and they usually eat them. If they spit them out then just put it in another one and they should eat it.
