i am really health conscious i eat only healthy food; however i have a weak point and that is drinking.... i know its not healthy, but if there is a hard alcohol that is healthier then another i would like to know because right now im drinking whiskey, but i was told that its not as healthy as vodka... i was just wondering if that is actually true

i don't know if either one is "healthy" but i know that clear liquor is better than the darker drinks for a hang over!

properly, i does not describe alcoholic beverages as fatty. Sugary candy beverages are not that healthful. different than that, all beverages have some volume of carbohydrates (sugars) in them. regularly beverages with an extremely extreme alcohol content textile could have fewer carbohydrates...yet you do not choose too plenty alcohol through fact then you will need greater advantageous issues.

i understand that vodka is healthier but when you drink to excess you are undoing every thing that you are doing by eating good things

None is healthy and good for you. Perhaps a glass of red wine would do better.

I have always used the argument that whisky ( no "e" meaning Scotch, my preference) is more nutritious After all you can see it has something in it by the color!
