I have rather large breasts, but my nipples are on the small side. I would love to have larger puffier nipples, I think this is a real turn on for guys.
any ideas, would a breast pump work?

yuck...ew.......... why do you want larger nipples.??? are you talking about pancake size.?? gross!!! yeah i have big breasts as well, but my nipples aren't the size of a pancake and they are not small either. guys, dont care about nipple size. if you have big boobs ok. your in the right category. i think you need to not worry about your nipples ok....lol
