You would have to find a cruise going that route. Most cruises that I have seen the cross the Atlantic from N. Y. or Miami, take about a week, but they might stop at Bermuda or the Azores en route. I doubt if a ship would go directly to Italy without stopping at some Mediterranean ports. It probably could be done in eight days directly.

On a typical cruise ship...it would take about 10 days tops, but I'm pretty sure there's no ship that sails nonstop from GA to Italy.

You'll need to get to New York or Ft. Lauderdale and sail from there. I would plan at least two - three weeks for the transatlantic round trip and great sightseeing in Italy! Sailing is expensive, even by freighter!

There are not any ports in Ga that cross the Atlantic...I live here in Savannah....You would probably have to leave from Miami or NJ it would take about 2 weeks though
