Try to convert a Muslim? Why would anyone want to do that? ; )

Personally I appreciate sincere questions from anyone, as long as your intention is to understand rather than to mock.

God has no DNA since he's pure spirit. So that's out.

We don't know exactly what DNA was used in Jesus' conception. This is not explained in Scripture. But presumably it was entirely from his mother.

The Trinity is composed of three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who share one and the same nature and substance. This means they are co-equal -- each of the three has the same nature, the same attributes, powers, etc. But they share the same substance, since there is and can be only one God who possesses these attributes (infinity, omnipotence, etc.)

This sounds foreign to us because we are used to associating only one person with one nature and substance. But one must keep in mind that our experience is quite limited compared with everything that exists in the universe and beyond. Also, we should not be surprised if God's nature is beyond our understanding. Of course it is. : )

Jesus is the Son of God in this sense: A son is always of the same nature as his father. A human son is human, a canine son is canine, etc. So God's son is God. Since there is only one God, the Father is God and the Son is also God. But the Father is the origin of the Son, not the other way around. We say that the Son "proceeds" from the Father. By the same token, we say that the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and the Son (some say the Holy Spirit is love incarnate: the love between the Father and Son), but also possesses the same nature and attributes as the other two, and thus is also God.

God the Father is called the First Person of the Holy Trinity, God the Son is the Second Person, and the Holy Spirit the Third.

The Second Person of the Trinity took on human nature and lived life on earth, and suffered death, in order to save men from their sins. This, obviously, is Jesus Christ.

Hope this helps. Peace to you!

Awesome about your curiosity! That's a lot of material for one question! LOL

God's DNA: No. God has no body, so no DNA. But Jesus had no biological father, so God "formed him" from scratch and from Mary... so God is called his biological father.

A father in Hebrew culture is also not only about your DNA, like in modern American culture. A son is an extension of a father - one who is "like" him, the way he resembles him. So a "son" may not even be biological, but spiritual son. Jesus reflects God in his character, nature, and way of thinking.

Trinity means that God is one and more than one at the same time. It's weird, I know, but there is a scriptural basis for it. the best analogy I've heard is lemonade! It's water, sugar, and lemon juice (THREE substances), but it's also ONE substance: lemonade. God is one according to Christianity, but is also three persons: God the Father (God's authority and divinity), the Son (God as Lord, Savior, King), and The Holy Spirit (God's power and presence).

The Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit is God, one person of the trinity. It's God's presence here on earth. When people feel God's presence, or are "clothed" with his power as it says in Acts, or have interaction and communication with God, it's through his SPIRIT, or the Holy Spirit.

Hope this helps! :-)

Yes, this is a confusing concept but being difficult to understand does not make it false. Many Christians describe it as Jesus and the Father are both God but also both not the same person (three in person, one in essence). Jesus claimed to be God by asserting that he was one with the Father (see John 10:30-33). He also claims deity elsewhere. The rest of the NT claims the same (see John 1, Colossians 2:9, etc). One see that the Father is God, Jesus is God, and the Holy Spirit is God, yet they relate to each other as separate persons. The bible stresses the unity of God because their closeness is beyond what we can imagine.

God is not human, so who knows if He has DNA? And the Holy Trinity..imagine your finger..theres 3 sections to it but it's still one finger..it's the best way that I can explain it. It's too complex for a simple human mind to understand. The Holy Ghost is the Spirit. It says in the Bible that when Jesus went back up to be with the Father He said that He was leaving but that He sends his spirit to be with us. It's when Jesus fills you up and you start speaking in tongues..that's when you get filled with the Holy Ghost..or when you start prophecying or being able to interpret tongues, thats when you're filled with the Holy Ghost.

The trinity of God doesn't have to be a complete mystery. Think of it like an analogy...

H20...can be frozen, it can be steam, or it can be liquid. They are all three characteristics of the same element. Each characteristic is unique, but each is part of what makes up the substance of H20.

There is but one God, the living and true God. There are three persons in the Godhead: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one God, the same in substance, equal in power and glory

If you examine ALL of Jesus' words in the new testament and keep them within context, he himself makes clear that he is subordinate to his Father and that he is NOT God- While on earth AND after he was resurrected! I cannot believe what a foothold the trinity doctrine has on people despite what the bible itself teaches us! Here are some basic truths we learn from the bible;
1. God CANNOT die. Jesus died. Therefore, Jesus is NOT God.
2. God knows EVERYTHING. Jesus admits he doesn't know everything, only the Father (Matthew 24:36) Therefore, Jesus is NOT God.
3. God is not subject to anyone. The bible says that Jesus is subject to the Father (1 Corinthians 7:3). Therefore, Jesus is NOT God.
4. God was NOT created. Jesus was created (Colossians 1:15, Proverbs 8:22-31). Therefore, Jesus is NOT God.
These four things are undeniable, straightforward, and sound evidence that Jesus is NOT God

I believe it because, yes, the bible says so.

I have studied the bible for ten years and come to believe it's the word of God. My faith is a studied faith; not a blind faith. I do not understand how Jesus can be God made flesh and the son of God, but I believe that He is since the bible teaches this.

God the Father, God the Son, God the holy spirit. One God in three expressions, if you will.

What is really important is that Jesus died on a cross to save you from your sins. Believe in Him and live forever in heaven. I'm not trying to convert you dear, just point you towards the most important part of all of scripture; the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

We don't have to have all the answers to gain entrance to the kingdom of God; we just need to repent of sin and believe in Jesus Christ as Lord.

God is a Spirit and has no DNA. He is however, All Powerful and sent His Son through the Holy Spirit to be born of a woman. Thereby becoming God in the Spirit and God in the Flesh, the Almighty. Why don't people get it? God is God. He can do whatever He Wills.

so much easier to realize the trinity is a false doctrine. borrowed from the egyptians babylonians and others. might find this questian asked a little earlier helpful. Isn't it a stretch to proclaim that Jesus is God simply because some Bibles use the words "I AM" at John 8:58?

Jesus was created by God. That is why God is his father. The trinity is false. Christians (normally) don't believe that God has DNA like a physical human does, and I wouldn't suppose muslims believe that either...
