I'll answer as soon as you are able to explain HOW they are "giving" tax breaks to companies that outsource jobs. Maybe you should look a little closer to home (i.e. the liberal policies you support) to understand why companies want to relocate overseas to begin with. Sure, labor is cheaper there, but that alone doesn't make up for the differences in skill sets that companies must overcome when relocating. Far more impactful in these business decisions are the high corporate tax rates, relatively heavy legislation and an administration that is currently promising even more business killers like the health care bill, cap and trade and unionization by card check (as opposed to secret ballot). But like everything else, I'm sure liberals are right. Let's tax them even more, all the way to prosperity...LMAO.
