okay it looks like a small teapot that u can fill with water and then u poor it into one of ur nostrils and then it comes out of ur other one (its supposed to cleran your allergies/synises or something.)

It is a Snufflepot. I prefer a saucer with salt in it, and I close one nostril and snuffle up water through other nostril. Then I repeat with other nostril.It clears my sinus very well.
