It does not matter what it says on the scales.
People who have alot of muscle, can be incredibly fit and healthy, but weight 16 stone plus.
At the end of the day, its how you feel yourself. Dont lose weight as the scales say you are too heavy. As you dont know how much weight you carry is muscle. You could always go down the local gym - they will have BMI scales that will tell you the percentage of fat you have - which may help.
I had an eating disorder years ago - trust me - dont keep checking the scales - it gets addictive.
If you are worried about your weight - dont eat anything other than fruit and nuts after 7.30pm unless you will be doing excercise. Anything you eat after this time will stay in your stomach overnight and will turn into fat.
My partner is a waist size 32. Hes quite tall. I wish he was a 34 as he is simply too thin for my liking! He is obsessed with sport and keep fit - hes very healthy - but I would love a little bit of cuddly fat!!
There is nothing wrong with you if you are happy with yourself. Dont worry about what others think - be yourself and do what makes YOU happy.

Okay, I'm a circuit trainer at a fitness facility for women and I know this for a fact. I see alot of ladies come through the door some over weight and some very skinny.
But even the skinniest people have no strength and no muscles and have no real healthy habbit of eating right. and don't know how to attain that goal.
While there are others that come through being over weight trying to eat healthy and burning fat by exercising 3 times a week and are healthier then the skinny ones.
I mean it all depends on their exercising routine and they eating habbits really.
Just because someone may be skinny
does not mean they are physicaly fit nor healthy.

Thin is healthy if you eat every day, a regular meal, that consists of the right kinds of nutrients, but thin can be horribly unhealthy if you don't eat, or have other eating disorders. Thick is sometimes healthy, depending on your size, but you are not morbidly obese or terribly skinny, so I think you're safe. If you get too overweight you are at risk for diabetes, which is very common in the united states today, even in children, due to obesity, so I would say ask your doctor, am I a good size? I think you're ok, but just make sure. I'm healthy and I'm 5'6" and I weigh 122, i'm very proportionate, and normally if you are very proportional you're very healthy, but your body does need some fat, like I have a sheen of fat over my belly, but that's because i'm a woman and it's required for things like bearing children, and often heavy excorsise is bad for woman because it can ruin their ability to bear children, that's why it's good to lose weight slowly, if at all. So yeah, i hope i could help.

here's my opinion - being thick is IN . it does not matter whether you are thick or thin, long as you feel healthy . dont be ashamed if you're thick- and thick does NOT mean fat . i get so tired of hearing that . trust, there is a diffrence .
be proud of what you are ! thick and beautiful is what is in ! cause cant nobody do it like thick girls ! every man need a thick woman .
be proud - and be happy . smile, becuase you know you are beautiful in your own way . dare to be diffrent !
see, most people think that all guys want is skinny girls . thats not true ! thick is where its at .
[ no offense to the skinny people - much love . ]
just be happy and confident .

depends on what your blood work says. if you go to the doctor and tell's you you need to loose or gain weight then u r unhealthy.
now if u r just talking about looks...i think (and don't take this the wrong way...i'm straight) but your body is bumpin'. Girl you got big boobs, small waste and some junk in the trunk. That's what the majority of guys like...right? at least that's what i've been told by most guys...big ole boobies and a juice smackable @ss. lol

You sound very sexy, but the numbers are in. Thinner is better from the health standpoint. The less body fat a person has lowers theri chances for a multitude of health problems.

The healthiest weight is the one that your body works its best out. Are you energized?Do you feel healthy? Is your skin ashen or vibrant? Do you have weight related health issue? The ideal/healthy weight is different for everyone.

You sound healthy to me too. I think your natural body type is the most healthy, so if that is thick or thin, as long as your body is comfortable this is healthy....providing you are not obese or very underweight of course.

I think if you lost any more weight you wouldn't look good... your measurements sound good, and I am sure you look fine! I have almost the same figure- my waist is a little bigger, and my bust a 34, but I am perfectly comfortable with my body, and wouldn't drop another pound... I am 159, and 5'7"... I don't think being "thin" but again, that is just me!!
