I am a male and i am currently 14 and i am 5'7. However, my leg length is as big as a teacher in my school who is 6'4, in addition, i have a friend who is also 14 and he is 5'10 but we have the same leg length...

Does it mean i will grow as tall as the 6'4 teacher?
Will my legs keep on growing (my doc took me x rays and said my growth plates were open)?
When will my upper body grow?
In addition, my forearm length is quite small too, does it mean i finished growing?

At the age of 14, you are still on the growth period. Your growth plates being open means you are still growing. The length of your legs and arms won't exactly be the same as the others, so you need not to be worried by making comparison of yourself to others.

Be reminded that there are factors that affect growth. The healthy and balanced diet, enough rest and sleep, regular exercise, healthy environment and habits have impacts on the growth. Stay and live healthy and you will be fine.
