Honestly, I think every one of them is just talking about the M. Vick thing for the publicity. I have not heard one of them address overall specific issues. However, Bill Clinton, when in office, did a number of terrific things for the environment, such as the creation of the Escalante National Monument, and the Roadless Rule to protect the old-growth forests. (Of course the W administration has been trying to gut these since its inception) Hillary Clinton has been more outspoken on environmental issues than any other candidate. (Gore isn't running...yet) I would probably have more confidence in her administration addressing animal welfare issues than any of the other current candidates.
I watch a LOT of politics and this is my observation and opinion. I am not endorsing anyone at the moment, though- have not 100% decided who to vote for.
EDIT: If you do get something back from these campaigns, even a form letter, will you let us know? Now you've got me curious...

No, I haven't heard any of them say anything about it. This is very, very important to me as well. My husband and I own three wonderful American Pit Bull Terriers and we are completely against any form of BSL and any and all forms of animal cruelty! I'm going to e-mail them as well and see if I get anything back. If I get something back or if I hear something I will most certainly let you know. Please do the same for me, you can message me on here or e-mail me at PitBullMommie122106@yahoo.com
Great question!

There are greater considerable themes for u.s. to weigh the candidate's management and capabilty. If ne desires to pay interest on professional-gay rights and abortion, then purely enable the Pope settle into the White abode and run u.s.. The gay and abortion themes are purely dumbing human beings from observing greater beneficial and greater considerable themes that should be tackled to save u.s.'s management from plunging interior the international. to boot, the pro-existence combat isn't saving virgins and fmales from screwing or be screwed around. it is strengthening their irresponsibilities of having to stand parenting of their undesirable births, via affirming that somebody else will ultimately take care of their undesirable deliveries.

Guiliani (sp) won't be getting my vote.
I listened to a call in type interview he did back when he was mayor of New York last night.
One caller wanted to know why ferrets were illegal in NYC. Well he tried to anyway. Guiliani basically cut him off and told him he was insane and needed help, as do all ferret owners. If a person owns a ferret they need psycological help according to Guiliani. He proceeded to hang up on the caller, and continued to bash him even after that.

Rudy Giuliani is all for BSL.
Actually he beleives all Pit Bulls should be exterminated.
Sound's like the Hitler of dogs to me.
Sad but true.
If anyone is going to vote for him, I truly pity them. He want's to regulate the kind of dogs people own -do you think it would stop there?
So much for "the land of the free", huh?

That's a good question. I wouldn't vote for anyone that believed in "animal rights". I'm a constitutionalist and no where in the constitution does it give rights to animals.
