Ok well my friend who is 10 years older than me that I only talk to through email is probably not going to come thru with what she told me, AGAIN!! I got her 2 new baby outfits and have asked when I can come to her house and give it to her in email for the past 3 weeks and she always reschedules on me. She told me last week that she wanted to reschedule for this week and that she would email me on when she wanted me to come over and she still hasn't. I cant take the stuff back either b/c I marked the prices out with sharpie. She told me her AC broke last week and I asked her husband if they had got it fixed yesterday and he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about. I feel she is lying to me for some reason, I dont know. But what do you think? What should I do? And I cant really call her either. Since I work at the same place as her husband does, you think I should just give it to him and let him take it home or what?

She and her husband and baby need this time to bond and figure life out. Her life has changed!!! She may value your friendship on a youthful level but not on a parenting level. Back off..........if she is your true friend she will make arrangements to have you over to meet the baby! In a few weeks the baby will have outgrown the clothes anyway so try to take them back. It doesnt matter if you scratched the price out as long as you have the receipt! Respect tha she doesnt want your company right now but may again in the future!

Just stop by and deliver them yourself. Make her face you. If you are a really good friend maybe she needs a little help getting the house straightened up or you can watch the baby while she showers and puts on her make up. Ask her husband when you should drop by.
