Why The Christian God is so exclusive? Why did he create so much for so little?
I have read the bible. I was even a follower for a time.
He reminds me of most of the pagan Gods that Christians tell you are bogus.
Does it not seem a waste? Waste not want not I always say.

Let's see. support the claim. I AM THE ONLY WAY! that leaves alot of folks out. I don't care what little loop holes you put in there.

The Christian God Is not offering hope to the majority.
The Christians just wanted to feel special.

Many aspects of the NT God were indeed taken from previous pagan traditions.
It's funny, as no matter where people are born, around 3/4 of the world population will choose their adult religion based on their parents, religion is, and always has been, based on little more than culture.
I once thought about following Christianity, than was an atheist, now I just consider myself spiritual. I believe in a higher power, but a much less twisted God than many contemporary religions represent.

Jesus was right here with us and people saw all the miracles that he did and still would not believe. What does it take. You say that there is no God but have you searched for him. He is there if you look for him, He is not exclusive if you want to find him. You can say that there is no God or what ever you have free will you can do what ever you want but if you do not do what he asks of you. Be not surprised when he says depart from me.
The potter makes a vase if it does not look the way he wants it to what does he do. He will either break it or pat the clay down and start over again. You see he is the maker of the vase and can do whatever he wants to with it.
God made us so if we do not do what he wants us to what do you think he will do. His arms are outstretched waiting for us to say Lord I give my heart to you I believe you died for me and rose again. Lord please forgive me of my sins and mean it with your whole heart he will be there. God bless

All religions claim to have exclusive truth. If all religions are true (I'll believe mine and you believe yours)... in the end, none is true. Is finding truth utterly impossible?
The Bible tells us the way the world is supposed to be...but isn't. The Biblical worldview is like a roadmap--a way of seeing our way through life and understanding how to get from where we are now to where we need to be.
Jesus said, "Actually, I was born and come into the world to testify to the truth. All who love the truth recognize that what I say is true.
How important is Truth in my life? It's a matter of life and death.

I agree.
Most of the "atheists" on this board do not seem to be wasting any brain cells by using them to think and none of them seem to want any brain cells either.
Waste Not, Want Not.
In the meantime, Christians will continue doing the best they can with what they have been blessed with.
Isn't life great when people can agree on something?

Find what is the Life in you and you will be a follower again. To deny God's existence is the same as a denial of what you are. You "think" you are the story of the life and you have never even noticed what your "LIFE" IS!

Not sure how you can support a claim that "the Christian God is so exclusive" since He is here for anyone who opens his/her heart and mind to His love and mercy.
In fact, I'm not really sure what you're trying to ask.

Yeah. That is one of the fundamental problems with the Christian religion - that if you worship the wrong god instead of Jesus that you are doomed for hell. And this spreads amongst most religions. The fact (or belief) that god would condemn someone to hell for guessing wrong implies that he would be evil. Quite frankly, most Christians haven't been able to come up with a reasonable answer to that, and instead say "you can choose because you have free will". But in all reality, that's not how the real world works.

Actually, recent acheology has shown that much of present day was "borrowed" from various other "pagan" religions.
