So I was talking to one of my good friends about my ex the other day. My ex and I have been broken up for about 2 months. The friend I was talking to is really experienced with relationships. Anyway, My ex and I were dating for 6 months and everything was fine then I started to become an ***. And since we've been broken up I've worked out my problems and everything is better now. I told my friend about this and he said it seemed like she could be playing some kind of head game. Because she wont talk to me and she keeps ignoring me. Like she makes it perfectly clear shes ignoring me. Like when I walk by she just turns her head or looks up. Like she wants me to notice her ignoring me. At least thats why he thinks she could be playing head games. I really don't get it, But could he be right? Could she be playing some kind of game? I mean I still love her and wish we could get back together some day.

Maybe, but at the same time if you were awful to her, maybe she just truly, doesnt want anything to do with you.

You started to become an***. That should tell you all you need to know. She's probably not playing head games, she's just probably not wanting to get treated like that again; and she is not sure that you have changed. If you really care for this girl...quit noticing her so much and demonstrate to her that you have changed. If she cares anything about you , she will notice and initiate contact; if not move on with your life.

personally I don't think that she is playing head games. Some people follow the rule of cutting off all contact until you meet someone new after a break up, I know that I do. Of course, I've never "run into" an ex, so I've never pretended not to see them.

She ignores you because she doesn't want you. She is not playing head games. You have problems. Go get help and move on.

Well, it sounds like you really made her mad. She may not be playing a head game, it sounds like she is trying to make a point. By outright ignoring you, I think she is trying to tell you how mad she is and she wants to make sure you know that. She wants you to say your sorry and try to work things out. She might still love you too.

I think for ex is genuinely trying to ignore you because you hurt her and she doesn't like you any more and wants you to leave her alone. Don't rely on what friends tell you, sometimes friends tell you what they think you want to hear and can fill your head with garbage.

Your friend may be experienced, but he can't tell what this girls thinking.

Just ignore her right back. You have broken up with her, so move on!!

Who cares if she wants you back and is doing it for attention, she's obviously a b*tch!!

well austin (my ex) did that to me for a long time..
it meant that he just couldnt take being friends, that he still loved me and knew that being friends would lead to more.

she wasnt happy for whatever reason, she still cares about you but she doesnt want to do it again because she knows it wonr work. its not really a head game... shes trying to protect both of you

Your friend could be right. My guess, as a girl, is that she misses you and therefore makes sure you notice her ignoring you so that you'll want her back. sure you messed up but girls or almost too forgiving so i think she wants you. Little does she know that you miss her already, talk to her, you'll be surprised. :)

If she is acting like that then I say forget about her & move on. She's obviously ignoring you for a reason.
