I would say you guys are just friend at this point an it seems that he is starting to like you but keep moving slow an see what happens between you two hell give you signs to let you know when saying hi become you actually talk other than hi an by but take it slow OK good luck.

well it sounds like he is really interested in you why not just ask him but try not to be to foreward he might just be shy, sometimes the girl has to make the first move, my wife did and look at us now. Happily married

You will know if he likes you if you give him a chance to, let him come find you in a crowd. Do not ignore him, but seperate yourself from time to time and see if he follows.
