Yes butt area as in butt cheeks and underneath.I have a dark tan but my skin color is naturally this color.I don't get sun in this area.My skin color is brown but this area along with knees appear darker.Which makes my skin uneven.

I'm not sure I understand exactly where you're wanting to lighten. You're talking about beneath your butt or on your butt? You have to be careful in those areas!

I agree with the others, it is possilbe she is in heat. It's her time of the month and all. I've never personally seen it in a hamster, but I know that unfixed female dogs will bleed every three months or so, and it's just their periods. If you are concerned, however, it would probably be a better idea to contact your local vet emergancy line. Check your local yellow pages or maybe the internet, most areas have an ER Vet clinic somewhere near that should be able to help you over the phone.
