Sorry, you can't sue the government. Sure wish we could. I like how you think. You are completely correct. I can't imagine what the U.S. will be like in 20 years when California, Arizona and New Mexico have been annexed to Mexico. We are being invaded right now and without a shot.

You can only sue the government if it agrees to be sued. Congress passed a law called the Federal Tort Claims Act that allows people to sue the federal government in certain instances. I think there are some other laws that allow you to sue the government as well. If you really want to learn something, you should start by looking up this law. My initial feeling is that you would not be allowed to sue the government, but you should not take my word for it.

As uneloquent as your statement was it was true. If we as a people do not stand up and fight for OUR rights are legal citizens in OUR country we will have no country. We are already feeling the crunches on taxes which we are paying on services they are illegally using such as welfare, education, health care, judicial and a whole lot more. But things are starting to change and the government is starting to hear from the people. Just today 62 illegal immigrants were arrested in OK and that is just the beginning. We need stricter border patrol. We need to put the National Guard on the borders. We need to deport immediately instead of spending one single red cent on them. We need to stop the insanity now before we watch our own country turn into the poverty stricken mess that Mexico has become. I have nothing against Mexicans coming into the US as long as they use the proper procedures and become legal US citizens through the proper channels. It really isn't only about Mexicans, it is about illegal immigrants from any country living here illegally.

Very interesting question. Just think that by the time our children are eligible for social security there will be no money left in the system, hell by the time im old enough im only 24. So much for the taxes we pay.

It would be nice if we could have a class action suit against our government for not funding and enforcing are immigration laws, but all we can do is not vote for them or anyone that does not put our interest and well being ahead of those who have broken our laws

I wish we could sue them. Illegals get away with tax evasion when Americans get locked up, but not so for the illegal, they walk away from this crime time after time.Personally. If you are worried for your children, why not encourage them to learn Spanish, we have a lot to worry about with those who support illegals more than Americans.

I live in Arizona. I "watched" as an illegal drove over my dog. I thought I had 'em when I got their license plate #.
Turned out, it was a freaking stolen car.
If we could sue, it would be a done deal. They have more rights than American CITIZENS.
Dude--the cops said it was Illegals. They ran the plate # I gave them. It's a known fact where I live that their standard practice is to drive with stolen license plates or cars...and Yeah, I actually SAW them.

You can't sue the government but you can voice you concerns through your representative, your senator, your vote and through the power of the pen.
