I took 2 tax classes (one individual the other corporate). I know something about 1120 but not a whole lot since my professor was not that good. I managed to get a job for a Bif 4 firm and im kinda concerned that my lack of background in tax is gonna really slow me down relative to the rest of the associates, but they did say that I don't have to know anything

Do you have a tax background? Have you ever filed a Corporate tax return before? Are you an EA or CPA?

Sounds like you are hoping to take a crash course and get hired to do corporate tax returns. It doesn't work that way.

You may want to consider a graduate degree with an emphasis in taxation.

Well, you'd certainly need to be knowledgeable in corporate tax law. I assume you're an accountant or they would not have entrusted you with such a job.
