No. A huge amount of salt will make the boil temperature higher, but it would be like a 50/50 ration salt/water before it makes a negligible difference.

No. Salt water boils at a higher temperature than fresh water. As other posted, you salt your water to flavor the pasta, potato, etc.

No. But salted water gets hotter than plain water so it may make things in it cook faster due to higher temperature.

Why don't you put on 2 pots of water(same size & amt), add salt to one & time them .That way you find out for yourself whether it makes a difference or not.
