What if someone has these problems:
-Sleep Problems (ie cant sleep at night, little sleep, too much sleep, trouble getting to sleep)
-Some depression
-Weight Gain
-Trouble losing weight
-Irritability
-Mood Swings
-Mostly regular periods, but an occasional odd one.
-Stress
-Feeling low, then feeling happy
Any idea if this may be some medical condition? Websites would be helpful, as well as actual doctors and or nurse input.

I think it is mainly stressed-related. If left untreated, it may lead to depression. Try some relaxation music, yoga, meditation, massage or acupuncture. I used to have the same problem in my previous job. Only difference is that I lost weight.

Yes, this is a medical condition. Only a doctor can diagnose your specific problem.
The symptoms you give could be almost anything since they are so general.
Don't waste time with mood swings, sleep problems, etc. Get to a doctor in short order, unless you have feelings of hurting yourself or others. If that's the case, go to an ER.
Good luck!
Peace & blessings.

I had these symptoms aswell as a skin itching problem. I went to my doctors, saw a few specialists, they couldn't tell me what it was. Went to see a nutritionist in the end. She said I had Candida, a yeast overgrowth. She put me on a special diet and supplements. Feel so much better now and eventually you can start introducing the foods back in. Plus sticking to the diet helps you lose the weight!

It could be mild depression, I would go to your docter, not about pills but depression and gaining and trouble loosing weight is some major signs of depression, if you dont want any pills or docters just put out a day every week or two that you could do somthing that you absolutly find relaxing like pottery or swimming. this happend to my older brother once before and he just spent a couple hours eveyr week or two rock climbing. It gave him a scence of accomplishment and he was alot more polite

Lack of sleep can cause all of the above and so can depression. Contact your doctor and start feeling better.

Sounds like clinical depression. If it's been going on for at least 2 weeks daily, I'd suggest you see your primary care physician for meds or a referral.

Sounds a bit vague, and could simply be remedied by walking the dog for an hour a day and eating more vegetables.
Or it could be peri-menopause - although you don't say how old you are.

Add a little exercise to that list and you'd about have everyday life for the American woman. Don't over-analyze, but if concerns you, then see your physician and have blood work etc. done.

You didn't give your age but the symptoms sound a lot like perimenopause. Check it out with your doctor
