Arbonne makes a seriously awesome foot scub and foot cream, and it smells good (unlike putting some things on your feet, like mayo, which also helps, but draws bugs). anyway, it's good stuff.

1) Use a foot file to slough off the dry skin which prevents the lotion from sinking in.
2) Kerasal Foot Ointment = the best for dry feet.
3) Get pedicures w/ hot paraffin treatment.

Try using PURE!!!!!!!!! Vitamin E oil after cleaning feet but apply before feet dry it locks in moisture. This will work fast. I get mine at a drug store its usually in a 2-4 oz bottle around 6-10 $$$$$$$$$ make sure u get the oil. Try it! Good Luck! I also use aveeno foot creme.

Hv u ever done pedicure? It'll help alot.
if u wanna do easy pedicure at home:
1.put warm water in a tub n add some hydrogen peroxide in it.soak ur feet in it for 15 mins...u'll feel relaxed!
2:scrub ur feet with a good scrub that has big granules in it.
3:now wash ur feet with a shampoo...yes a shampoo as shampoos r milder n donot demage ur skin.ur feet will become soft.
4:pat dry ur feet n then put some good moisturizer on it n massage it till all of it gets absorbed.
5:now use a wet towel to wipe ur feet n put baby oil or olive oil on ur feet.
a mixture of glycerine&lemon...helps retain the moisture so u can use it b4 sleeping but u'll hv to wear socks.honey is the best moisturizer....u can use milk cream n honey aswell...let it remain on ur feet for 20-30 mins n then wash ur feet n apply a moisturizer!
if u do this....u'll b surprised how good, well nourished n moist ur feet will become!
good luck!
cheers!

You could scrub your feet with warm water and soap. Let it dry and then apply petroleum jelly. It works fine for me.

Baby oil gel. But it's kind of a mess so you have to wear socks over it. Plus, be careful because it will stain your carpets if it gets on them. But it will keep those feeties moist all day!

try soaking your feet in warm water with listerine. Then apply a foot cream and that works great.
