Well, before choosing a console, ask yourself which one of those has good games. All three have its own pros and cons. If you want a good gameplay console then choose the games you like first. I don't own any of those. You chose a Wii already.

XBOX 360
Hmm most people here that say they think the 360 is better are just lame. I meen sure its a good system to be on its 2nd gen games And their not that bad yes they do have exclusives That people who own 360's want non consumers to think, but if your online right now that meens you have a PC which every Xbox360 game is also on, And well i enjoy my computer very much and would rather play it than a XBOX360 Anyday.

But 360's gameplay isnt that great if your looking for action & intensity + a Workout The Wii is good

Wii
in all aspects of gameplay the "Wii" CAN BE FUN IF YOUR UNDER THE AGE OF 13 otherwise it would cause embarresment in certain situations Ex. say you have it in the living room and someone comes over thats not a gamer they will laugh, you'll be hopping around quite alot on most Wii games but hey thats what i would say is "FUN" ( Always remember this "Nintendo is trying to help alot of Obese Gamers/kids or adults get more ACTIVE with their system, Which in turn is A GREAT IDEA.

PS3
But remember "Sony?" Ok their system by far is more Dominating in all the categories, Like Games that are actually only available On The System Like (WARHAWK) (LAIR) (GRAND TURISMO 5) + All the other big titles that arent non exclusive but developers say will be a little bit more intence and realistic on the PS3 RATHER THAN ON THE XBOX 360. But Also another plus for sony is the Fact it has Sixaxis Movements ( Sorta like a Wii But not as energetic and intence as the Wii NunChucks, But They are improving the Sixaxis in games now & upcoming games Like Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter: 2 Has cool little Sixaxis Movement Capabilties Such As " Crawling, Jumping, Diving, Leaning, Looking Basically" And the upcomming Game ( Uncharted: Drakes Fortune ) Will have many Sixaxis Movements also.

So basically combine all the systems together you get alot but as them seperate. The SONY PS3 WINS, THEN THE Wii Then Xbox360. but the 360 has such a low concern for lacks of console support more systems faulty than any ive ever seen in my 13 years of gaming, And everything on it is on the PC OR IS GOING TO COME OUT FOR THE PC. THE Wii is a great system for younger kid's/adults Who want to have a party have fun or just basically Box with the Controller "LOL"
& THE PS3 Is very underestimated at this point in time but people have to realize its GOING TO GET BETTER AND ALREADY IS AS I SPEAK, im no fanboy i just know from owning Past playstations & Xbox's & Seeing The Newer face to face and using them also, SONY HAS DOMINATED SINCE IT FIRST RELEASED IT'S SYSTEM, So belive me when i say Its your choise but the PS3 WILL EVENTUALLY BE YOUR DREAM GAMING SYSTEM.

I honestly believe, that at the moment, neither the PS3 or the 360 have any games at all that appeal to me. I am looking forward to Resident Evil 5 Grand Theft Auto IV but they are not out yet, so yes I agree the Wii has got better game play, much more enjoyable.

depends on the game, not the system.
The Wii's is good for some types, but I don't think i could get used to using it for racing, soccer, fps', beat-em-ups, etc.
Better graphics don't automatically equal worse gameplay. Sure there are plenty of 'tech demos' out at the moment to show off what the new systems can do, but the better graphics and power can also give a greater depth to the gameplay, making it more involving.

I have never played a PS3 but ive not heard great things,
The Xbox 360 is relatively classic controll, and several of the games are very fun, though i do not own one.
the wii was a huge dissapointment to me, i got one for xmas, and i havent really played it since, the controller is frustrating and instead of it being fun, i just feel stupid playing it, almost embarrassed for myself, I would go for a super nintendo or n64 personally

Wii if you like to get physical. The other console provide games that uses a handheld device for manuevering the character in the game. For Wii, YOU need to move for the character to move. Good for excercise purpose too.
