she will push it away
she will know its not alive so take it away from her and let her look after the others. dont touch the kittens for at least 2/3 wks if you need to move any take a clean piece of cloth rub on her and then wrap it round your hand and pick up the kitten, but only do this if the kitten is finding it hard to find the teat or stuck round the back of mom
bury the kitten in your garden if you can
enjoy your kittens
also put your cat on kitten food because it's better for her while she is nursing
good luck

Having a dead carcass around the survivors might not be a good idea, how would you like it if your first memory was of your dead sibling? wait until the mother goes to use the litter box, or goes to eat some food and take the dead one away. You should wear gloves so you don't get infected with anything and/or leave your scent. If you leave your scent around her kittens, chances are she'll find a new place for them even though she knows you she wants her space, so avoid petting the kittens until a week or so
The mother of the kittens will most likely view the dead kitten as a live one, and you'll put her through alot of pain if she tries to nurse the dead one until she realizes it's dead. This may resort to cannibalism, since she will probabley continue to lick the dead one's head to start the breathing and she may lick so hard she eats it (which is known to occur)

Take the dead one away, there's a possibility the mother will eat it which will not be pleasant.

I think your cat and her kittens are overdue a visit to the vet if one is already dead. Take the lot of them for a checkup without delay - you also need advice on when you can spay her, flea, worm and vaccination regimes for her and the kittens. Please be sure to feed the mother kitten food until she has finished lactating, she needs the extra calories.

Don't touch the kittens unless necessary e.g to get them in a basket to go to the vets. Get the vet to check they're all healthy, then leave the mother in peace to nurse. Start offering the kittens soft kitten food from 4 weeks of age.

Take the dead one away. Give the others about 3-4 days before you pet them much.

Sometimes the mom will leave it somewhere herself knowing that something is wrong with it. If she doesn't then I would remove it. Kittens shouldn't be picked up until 5 or 6 weeks of age. Even if you don't think mom is watching her pile of kittens on top of each other, she is nearby. At four weeks they have gotten mom's antibodies.. Let mom do her job. There will be plenty of time to pick them up. I know they look cute but give it time!
