this guy & his girlfriend were driving on the freeway & two other people in the car too. The guy & his girlfriend were arguing yelling at each other, and than his girlfriend slaps him and the car hits the rail and back out on the freeway and flips and keeps fliping until it stopped they both get arrected, she gets charged with demestic assault and they charge him for reckless driving, is there something wrong with the charges.

No. He was wrecklas cause he should of pulled over if they were fighting. She caused the accident. They both deserve to be charged with the accident. I think they got off too light.
What if their childish behavior caused him to swerve and hit someone head on and kill a family???
It is your responsibility to provide a safe vehicle and drive in a safe manner. Driving while fighting is not providing a safe driving condition.

no i dont think so maybe with the guy i would get a lawyer or a public defender to get the judge to drop the charges so it can just be a accident cuz he lost control but if he says that he was arguying w/ the girl then it will be consider reckless driving cuz he shood know better not to be arguying or doing something else than focusing on the road it's just the way the cops see things

The only thing I can see is she should have been charged with assault rather than domestic violence.
The charges againsthim are understandable since if he had not been arguing and trying to drive, he would not have lost control when she slapped him. There may have been other factors involved as well such as speeding, inattentive driving (when arguing, he wasn't paying attention to his speed or the road conditions and surroundings)

She was wrong and so was he --they should have been adult enough to wait or pull over--he used poor judgement by participating in the argument and allowing himself to be distracted.... wait till he goes to court to explain this one !!
