And did you know that the suicide bombers are burning in hell for killing themselves and innocent people? We've heard stories on various "haunting" shows where those who passed from suicide were still "around" having to do it over and over again. It sounds crazy, but this hadith makes me think maybe they're not so far off. What do you think?
Islam strictly Prohibits committing suicide
Those people who perform these suicide bombings have wrongfully committed suicide, and this necessitates entry into the Hell-Fire, and that this person is not a martyr. Also the position as regarding activities of suicide, tying explosives to themselves and then approaching innocent people and detonating them amongst them, then this is a case of suicide. So whoever commits suicide then he will be considered eternally to Hell-Fire, remaining there forever, as occurs in the hadeeth of the Prophet (peace be upon him).

" Whoever kills himself with an Iron weapon, then the Iron weapon will remain in his hand, and he will continuously stab himself in his belly with it in the Fire of Hell eternally, forever and ever " [Bukhaaree no. 5778] and [Muslim no. 109]
Because this person has killed himself and has not benefited Islam. So if he kills himself along with ten, or a hundred, or two hundred other people, then Islam will not benefit by that, therefore the people will not accept Islam. Rather this action will inbred hatred and bitterness in the hearts of the non Muslims towards Islam.

Yes, suicide is sinful and is not permissible by any means. Suicide bombers kill themselves and innocent lives. If you want to fight against evil, then pick up a sword and actually fight the evil-doers and if you get killed in the process...that is when it is seen as being a martyr.

I wish that more people would preach this in the Middle East, where it needs to be heard. Suicide does NOT count as martyrdom, no matter how any imam twists the truth.
To be counted as a martyr, someone must suffer AT THE HANDS OF OTHERS for their faith. Death is not required, as is shown in the stories of the three Jewish boys sentenced to burn for their faith in Daniel (they survived the flames unscathed), and Daniel himself being thrown to the lions (he survived unharmed). They are counted as martyrs, even though their trials did not result in death, because they fulfilled the requirements of a martyr: they suffered, and their suffering helped them to give testimony to their faith. "Martyr" means "witness", not "soldier" or "killer".
I've heard that the false imams, those who preach martyrdom by suicide, avoid the suicide question completely. They tell their manipulated soldiers that they are being sent into battle, and that just as it is not a sin to kill someone in war (justly declared), it is ok for them to kill themselves along with the enemy. Sadly, it seems that many people fall for this line of garbage!

suicide bombers are victims of manipulation by those who corrupt the spirit of islam. ANYONE who sends children to risk their lives when they will not is a COWARD and disgrace to their faith. giving up your life for a cause is noble, but not out of depression, frustration or anger. that's giving up and why it's a sin. every day is a chance to turn it around. in extreme cases like facing painful deaths suicide can be merciful and noble because the person dies with dignity.

Well, I wish more Muslims would point that out.
I don't believe they're necessarily burning in hell, but to commit one serious sin (killing yourself) in order to commit another serious sin (killing people who are just living their lives, not hurting anyone) has got to be a really bad thing in anyone's religion.

To Be martyred you have to have had the choise weather to live or die for your religion
eg. (true story)
A local woman - Joan De Appleby. Was a christian
under the rein of Queen Mary she refused to convert to Catholic and was burned at the stake
She did not comit suiside as she did not take her own life but she was a marty because she died for her religion

nicely, i think of it is an suggestions-set and purpose. needless to say, the suicide bombers suggestions-washed via the radical Islamic clerics are doing, curiously, incorrect. besides the fact that, assume one supplies their existence for his or her buddy or rushes out in front of a motor vehicle to knock a toddler out of ways, and understanding they are going to die? Is that still incorrect? A soldier who flops on a grenade to maintain his pals; is that incorrect? *shrugs* pass discern.
