A dogs pregnancy lasts an average 63 days. At 10 months old she is really too young to have pups and may have serious problems. I would take her to the vet for further advice. Depending on when she was mated the vet may be able to give her the 'morning after' drug but it sounds like she may be beyond that. No ***** in season should be allowed out unless you plan to have a litter of mixed breed pups.

Why would you want your dogs to have puppies? The only reason to breed is for the betterment of the breed and I'm sure you don't have a clue.

Your dog is 10 months old. She should have been spayed at 6 months. Now she is pregnant because of your stupid irresponsibility.

Shelters are full of wonderful, adoptable dogs (purebred and mixed breeds) being euthanized everyday because there are to many dogs and not enough homes. The main reason for the overpopulation of dogs are people like YOU! Backyard breeders. UGH!

Stop using your dogs as money making puppy machines and get them fixed! Stop your part in contributing to the killing of dogs.

63-65 days is the answer.

PLEASE get her spayed. The world has far too many dogs already - don't take up homes needed for the ones in shelters!

Quite apart from this, your dog has a 1 in 4 chance of developing mammary cancer when she's older if you don't get her spayed. Intact females also have a 1 in 10 chance of getting pyometra when older - both these conditions are costly and potentially fatal, so factor that in to your equations when you decide not to spay her. Your two male dogs are also at risk from testicular and prostate cancer if you don't castrate them.

I also don't think you should be breeding if you don't know the answer to this basic question.

Take her to the vet and have her checked if she isn't that would be a perfect time to spay. She should of been spayed at 5-6 months. How old are you? I'd understand a child making such negligence and not knowing for sure but a responsible dog owner would know or not if their dog is bred or not and certainly not at 10 months old.

They are pregnant for 60-63 days. It is not good to breed a dog younger than two years old. It is recommended to wait until the dog has gone through 3 heat cycles. If she is pregnant, it could be a difficult delivery and then you may have to step in and help take care of the puppies. Dogs that young, sometimes, are not good moms.

sixty 4 days, provide or take. carry her to the vet ASAP - she desires the vet to confirm it. then you definately ought to make a determination: shop the puppies or spay her and abort the clutter. in case you shop the puppies you will ought to hold her in a minimum of two times greater (as quickly as to envision for # of puppies and as quickly as to envision on their length.) She'll choose a particular nutrition ordinary and once you hit day 60 or so, somebody will ought to stay along with her for the subsequent 4 weeks to make valuable she whelps all actual and he or she does not harm the infant puppies. in case you enable her shop the puppies there's a stable risk that she won't safeguard them. She is lots too youthful to be pregnant (very irresponsible of you as an proprietor to allow it) and is no longer bodily or mentally waiting for a clutter. which skill you will ought to bottle feed each and every few hours AND stimulate them to pass to the bathing room. there is likewise a severe risk which you will lose the mummy. you would be spending a stable 3 thousand if no longer something is going incorrect - bump it as much as 5 - 6 if she desires a c-section. Her maximum suitable risk is a spay/abort, specially for the justifications i discussed above. yet in addition considering which you do no longer understand a thank you to stipulate or reveal properties, and maximum puppies bred by way of BYB finally end up in shelters. they might finally end up with painful or existence threatening genetic issues considering which you probably did no longer carry out any genetic finding out (can basically be finished after dogs turns 2.)

Why were you not watching your dog?? It's pretty obvious when they are in heat so why did you let a male dog around her? Pretty sure she is going to have problems giving birth being only 10 months old. Get ready to pay for a c-section just in case it happens!!!

dogs stay pregnant right about 2 months, and it's not the best for a dog to get preggo before a year but they can get preggo after their first heat cycle usually about 6 months old. No big worries, the only problem comes with the birthing and making sure the pups aren't too big for the mom, i would get her checked out by a vet

Take your PUPPY to the vet. They can perform a spay and save her too young body the burden of delivering puppies.

ADDED:
Yes of course you're right. Ethical breeders always allow their puppies to deliver and of course they have no control of when their dogs mate and sure they come here for answers. What was I thinking?
