23 days and 4 hours, without bathroom breaks…
The original serie had the pilot (let’s not forget the pilot) plus 79 episodes, 178 episodes for The Next Generation, 176 episodes for Deep Space Nice, 172 episodes for Voyager and 98 episode (only, snif snif) for Enterprise…so you have 704 episodes at roughly 45 minutes each (without the ads) = 31,680 minutes (528 hrs or 22 days exactly, so it is kinda weird that the numbers are so exact, with no minutes leftover).
Then you have to add all the movies…The Motion Picture, 1979, 143 minutes, The Wrath of Khan, 1982, 113 minutes, The Search for Spock, 1984, 105 minutes, The Voyage Home, 1986, 119 minutes, The Final Frontier, 1989, 107 minutes, The Undiscovered Country, 1991, 109 minutes, First Contact, 1996, 106 minutes, Insurrection, 1998, 103 minutes and Nemesis, 2002, 115 minutes so a total of 1020 minutes = 17 hours more.
Then, of course, you might add the Animated Series of 1973/1974, 22 episodes of 30 minutes each so that’s 11 more hours.
528 hours (TV series) plus 17 hours (movies) plus 11 hours (animated) = 556 hours = 23 days and 4 hours.

With 79 episodes of the original series, 176 of The Next Generation, 172 of Voyager, 176 of Deep Space 9, 98 of Enterprise, 22 half hour episodes of the animated series and 10 feature motion pictions that would be approximately 732 hours in total.
That would be about a solid month of continuous showings!

Take the number of episodes multiply it by 45, then divide by 60, which is just about the average time for each episode without commercials and you should have the answer.
