What am I supposed to do when I am extremely sick and my Dr. will not return my calls? Not even my Dr. it is the triage nurse. I have a breast infection and the longer you go with out treatment the worse it gets. I have left 3 messaged in the last 24 hours and have not gotten a call back. All I need is an antibiotic. Who do I complain too?

go to a walk-in center and get immediate treatment, and then send a letter to your doctor telling them of the treatment you have received and that you will no longer be using them. get a new doctor, and demand in your letter that your old doctor forward all your records asap. you don't deserve to be ignored...go somewhere else and get the care you need! feel better!

Most doctors have after hour answering services..Call your regular doctors number and it should tell you what to do if it is an emergency.Once you reach an operator tell them that it is an emergency and you need your doctor to call you back..They have to call you back within a certain length of time..
If it is during office hours request to speak to a nurse and if she is busy then tell them that it is an emergency and you NEED to talk with someone...Be persistant..

I would go into the office and make a scene and call the board of health. That is totally outrageous!
Get a new doctor!
In the meantime, why not go into one of those walk-in clinics? I wouldn't even bother seeing the doctor who won't return your calls.

Walk your little butt into that office and demand and appointment and ask for the office manager and file a complaint!!! That is ridiculous!!!
