every person is diffrent when it comes to tattoos and how they heal on each person.
The BEST thing to put on them to heal is Aquaphor it helps it heal quick.
If it's all black, neosporin works as well. If there is any color, DO NOT put neosporin on it, as it will pull out the color!
Make sure you wash it 3x a day as well, and apply the aquaphor on right after, and apply the aquaphor every hour or 2!

the scabbing won't look all thick and crusty like a real scab as long as you have been taking care of it properly. it will be very thin and the color of the ink that is under it. sometimes during healing the tattoo will lighten a little. wait until it has been 30 days since you got the tattoo and whatever it looks like is what it will look like, if it's too light then you can go get it touched up.

That's normal, keep it moist with Bacitracin or unscented skin lotion, and don't pick the scab. It should be okay. The tattoo is always a little lighter after the scab comes off, that's normal. If there are places where the ink (or pigment) didn't hold, you might go in for a touch-up sitting.

That's normal. Continue to put neosporin on it and that will help with the flaking and the itching. It will also keep the ink in there so you don't scratch off the superficial stuff. I put neosporin on mine for about a week or at least until it quit itching. Enjoy the new tat!

It will be a lot lighter than it was when you first get it done. It never stays as dark as it was right after. It will scab and come off just like a scab does, but dont itch it or touch it, just let it be and fall off as it will. Keep lotion on it to keep it soft and it will be a bit darker than if you let it dry out. Good luck.

Its normal for itching because it means its healing. people heal different....flaking dry scabs and some are thick ugly scabs...and most tatts fade...thats why you go in for a second touch up to re-define the piece.

go back to him to check it out to be on the safe side.

Because your body is rejecting the lead based ink that was injected into your body, or, the needle used wasn't clean and your tat is infected. Go to a Doc, and fast.
